Maps of the Yasawas

The Yasawa island group is located in the sunny western region of Fiji. These islands are easily accessed from the mainland either by the island transfer catamaran - the Yasawa Flyer - or by helicopter or sea plane. The largest island of Yasawa has a small airstrip also.

• Yasawa Island is the largest and most northerly island
• Naviti is the next largest island and there are a number of resorts here.
• Waya Island and Waya Lai Lai island are in the south.
• Turtle Island is a privately owned luxury island destination not too far from Tavewa island.
• Tavewa and Nanuya Lai Lai islands have budget accommodation
• Other islands include Yaqeta and Nacula
• The Sawa-i-Lau caves just south of Yasawa are famous and featured in the Blue Lagoon movie.

The islands of the Yasawas have beautiful coves and white sandy beaches.
